Essential Sisters came together to bring you all the ways we use Lavender oil 


Our Lavender edit for you, with love.

  1. a dab on acne

  2. a roll under my nose to reduce redness

  3. a drop in the sink for my baby’s bedtime bath 

  4. a roll all over my throat and neck before an important convo, a talk or leading a call

  5. combine with Roman Chamomile to treat patchy skin due to eczema

  6. a drop in my moisturizer at night time 

  7. a few drops on my wool balls to use in the dryer

  8. mixed with peppermint and witch hazel to spray on hotel sheets 

  9. 2 drops Lavender x 1 drop Peppermint with boiling water for a wind down night time tea before bed 

  10. applied topically to burns, diluted with fractionated coconut oil (FCO) immediately after the burn, soothes the pain

  11. added to cupcakes for a soft and delicious floral finish

  12. diffuse during the day with Lemon and Peppermint to help soothe seasonal allergies

  13. add a drop to my body lotion and apply all over after my shower 

  14. all over my body before bed

  15. a drop on my temples and pillow before bed 

  16. lavender on a mosquito bite to reduce swelling & itch

  17. mixed in a spray bottle with distilled water for baby’s bum with Frankincense and Roman Chamomile 

  18. aromatically to support and treat shock, and post traumatic experiences

  19. added to mascara to keep it from getting chunky and for antibacterial properties

  20. applied on my face (diluted as desired) at night as a serum 

  21. added to my body cream

  22. topically diluted for itchy or sore skin anywhere on kids

  23. diluted along the jawline and bottoms of feet for teething 

  24. inhaled and rubbed on temples for headache (can mix with Peppermint too)

  25. a few drops in bottom of shower as a relaxing steam before bed 

  26. mixed in Epsom salts for a relaxing bath 

  27. nighttime diffuser oil for kids with On Guard

  28. under arms and breasts for heat rash

  29. rolled on the bottom of my feet to support sleep and rest
