Today I want to share some of my favourite sleep support with you—inclusive of sounds (hint: my playlist for you!), scents & solutions…

Sleep is so impactful on our wellbeing. Just as much for our kids as for us.

I find sleep underrated in terms of being regarded as the biggest contributors to our well-being. I put sleep up there (maybe ahead) of nutrition, supplements, etc.  When we are well slept and rested we feel better

(I can still hear my mom saying my whole life ‘just go to bed!’).

Our bodies are happier, they’re healing and they can do do their best work in a rested state.

That said, sleep isn’t always easy. Rhythms of life can take us on sleep journeys, often deprivation (been there with my 3rd baby), as can menopause, grief, children, stress, etc. It can disrupt many aspects of our lives, our mood and functions of our bodies. If you’re there, I feel you.

Here are some natural sleep rituals we have put into practice in our home. Plus, I’m sharing our Sleepy-time Playlist I curated over the years.
